Hello Cocorosers 💗

We're just back from our wonderful holiday to Kibris, northern Cyprus and thankfully managed to avoid much of the recent travel chaos. I hope you and yours haven't been too impacted either.

I'm unable to travel anywhere now without at least a few pairs of shoes to photograph, hence the picture above of our very versatile Hoxton Grey Striped trainers set against the stunningly blue Mediterranean sea. I love the silver laces on these too and will be wearing mine well into autumn. 

Versatility, comfort and style are absolutely key for me from a design perspective. Whether pairing with shorts, dresses or jeans, I want you to look beyond-stylish and feel amazingly comfortable when wearing your Cocorose shoes. Plus it's also a feel-good factor knowing that we produce in small quantities to avoid wastage; for every purchase, a tree is planted; and we operate a shoe recycling scheme whereby you can send back your pre-loved Cocorose shoes in exchange for Rosebuds which you can spend on future purchases 🌹

I always love seeing pictures of how you Cocorose It and this week, I'm highlighting;

Where else would you head to for glamour and more glamour? Lisa R. headed to Dubai for a week-long celebration to mark her son's birthday and she sent in this stunning picture of her Juliet ballerinas which so beautifully match the opulent background.

Jackie T. shows us how to do casual chic by pairing her Hoxton White Star trainers with a simple yet elegant dress and accessories. And doesn't she look just fabulous!

And finally, Caroline E. took her Hoxton Velcro Rose Gold trainers to Paris for the week and made excellent use of them whilst traipsing around from the Eurostar to TGV to the Parisien Metro.

PLANT-BASED TRAINERS

I've been testing out and wearing our new plant-based, vegan leather trainers that will launch later this year. With comfort and fit high up on our list of priorities, I've already made a number of amends to ensure we're delivering on these key aspects. We're using cactus leather and rubber soles made with recycled cork, which gives the soles a spectacularly speckled appearance which I love. Coming soon and I'll continue to keep you updated on our progress🌵

EARLY MORNING SWIMS

One of the best things about our holiday was taking a dip in the morning Mediterranean sea. So calm, so clear and so beautiful, it was the recharging of batteries that holidays are made for 💗
