Please forgive me whilst I take a moment to write about something that's really affected me recently. I learned last week that a friend from a few moons ago took his own life. I'm still in shock over the news and have been trying to process this to understand how ending one's life is seen as the only way out of such levels of anxiety and depression? I'm not sure what the answer would have been for my dear friend, but you can imagine that I'm thinking that I should have reached out to him a lot more despite growing apart. I guess all I want to try and express is that it's so important, no matter how busy life gets, that we try to see signs and that we keep talking to those who might be struggling and indeed, to those who seem perfectly fine as well.
I've been trying to keep myself busy, so have been occupying myself with all the stock that's just arrived, including our New In Hampstead Boots and Hoxton Trainers, Luxury Gift Boxes and all the pampering Hand & Body Washes and Lotions. Jane has also been busy with the Press - scroll down to see some of the coverage we've recently received!
We've also been working flat out on the hand-pouring of our candles, including the very festive Orange & Cinnamon and indulgent Rose & Pink Peppercorn.
And on a final note, may I please take this opportunity to thank you all so much for the orders you placed over the Black Friday week. Our Sale will carry on for a couple more days, so please do have a look and see if there's something you fancy. ways love seeing pictures of how you Cocorose It and this week, I'm highlighting some really festive feels 🎄 Lovely Donna E. has hitched a ride on Santa's sleigh and is wearing her Hoxton Multi-Glitter Star trainers and I love how she says there are "no better shoes to spend a day exploring in." Next up we have Urte D., who did an amazing IG Story and showed how she swapped her gorgeous feathered mules for the sparkly Tatiana foldable flats - stylish, practical and comfortable. Jo W. purchased The Afternoon Tea Box for her parents and they LOVED it (although I think Jo ate the biccies!)! And finally, Vicky paired her Hoxton White with Gold Star trainers (these will be back next week!) with a gorgeous tulle skirt and chunky knit for a beautiful festive outfit.
